As a community theatre, most of the work done in our organization is done by volunteers. When you volunteer with us, you become a part of our large family of people with many talents. We need people with just about any expertise you can imagine, and we’ve listed some below. We happily give service hours for organizations and clubs. If you’d like more information about volunteering, let us know!
The backstage crew is responsible for moving sets, assistant stage managing, operating fly lines, and much more!
Camp Counselors are responsible for creating a positive learning environment for kids participating in Spring Break and Summer camps.
Ushers are responsible for taking tickets, seating patrons, and handing out playbills at each performance under the direction of the house manager.
Costume constructors are responsible for assisting in sewing and building costumes for our productions under the supervision of the costume designer.
Set builders are responsible for constructing set pieces for our productions under the supervision of the scene shop foreman and set designer.
There are several other needs around the ACT studio, warehouse, and production venues that is not covered by other types of volunteers.
